Larry Mullen Puts Notice on Mount Temple Notice Board
14-year-old drummer Larry Mullen Jr. posted a notice on the Mount Temple Comprehensive School notice board seeking musicians for a new band. Four boys gathered in Larry's Artane kitchen later that afternoon: Paul Hewson (Bono), Dave Evans (The Edge), and Adam Clayton. Feedback was born.
