This would be the first show that NLOTH would appear. We got an early image that suggested that a departure from the set list might happen.  First set “Out of Control” returned and fans not disappointed with the additions of “Volcano” and “Ordinary Love” a couple of technical issues with the piano gave Bono the chance to banter about with the crowd.

Spotting a sign “Lesbians for Bono” Bono reconfirmed that he is for lesbians, giving the crowd and social media a spike. The evening ends with “One” and the long week ended. The crew begins the load out and on to Denver for a few days.  LA will always been remember for some public reasons and so much so public.

The tour is in full swing and for the most part fans around the world have only one major complaint “ Why not my city?”  The tour hits select cities with the now confirmed highest reseller ticket prices ever. Some conversations suggest that Latin America is on the horizon and why not.

Bono and the boys love Brazil, Chile, Peru and Columbia all of those cities would sell out within minutes. For now the boys have the summer’s hottest North American tour and the marketing machines are smiling from ear to ear with the amount of social media interactions. The future looks bright and in the rear views a foundation that has built the largest rock band in the world.

  14. I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For

INGLEWOOD, CA: A day off for all us U2 goes back to work at THE FORUM with show #3. The set list has pretty much been set for a few shows and the boys are now working on those add in songs that will be sprinkled about the tour. Two new songs added "Elevation" and "Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of" have both been added to the set list after appearing on the Roxy set list.

Many questioned if the the band could support a multi day set within the same city and the boys answered back with a blasting visual outstanding show that proved that the band can pull though any issue and continue to  perform without missing a beat.

Now we have heard fans start to call this "THE CURSED" tour we have to say that is just not the case.

Life has movement, Just as the band has movement. Focus on the music. Leave the rest of the stuff behind.

Two more show and the boys move on to Denver.

U2 Rocks The Roxy

HOLLYWOOD, CA -  Right smack in the middle of the 5 night run at the Forum, KROQ working with The Roxy Theatre held a surprise gig for about 500 lucky fans who managed to score free tickets for the event.

This was the smallest venue the band has played in many years. The band did come out and spend some time with the fans, signing and posing for photos. Inside the Bono even did a bit of crowd-surfing and amazed fans with a very up close and personal evening.

Wednesday night we had a photo of the set list that was to be performed at the Roxy. The photo turned out to be right on the money. The band had a very long sound check that included “11 O’clock Tick Tock”, “The Ocean” “Elevation”, “Stuck In A Moment”, “Sunday Bloody Sunday”, and “California”.

The band will head back to the forum to finish out their LA gigs and head on to Denver.

Forum Show Will Not Be Impacted

Following news that U2's longtime tour manager, Dennis Sheehan, was found dead Wednesday morning (May 27), sources confirmed to Billboard that his tragic death will not have an impact on the band's current Innocence + Experience tour.

Most immediately, Wednesday night's show at The Forum in Los Angeles will proceed without postponement or delay -- but not without a nod to Sheehan's impact on the band. U2 is planning a tribute to Sheehan at the show, according to a source: "Dennis was the heart and soul of the organization."

Tour personnel changes are currently being sorted out in the midst of Sheehan's unexpected death.
